2. Eligibility

Account Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile number, password and any other login credentials associated with your bd365 account. You must not share your login details with any third party. bd365 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
Account Verification (KYC)

Account Closure

Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for the most recent deposit. bd365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal. Where a bonus has been claimed, applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
Currency
All transactions on bd365 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where deposits are made in another currency they will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. bd365 is not responsible for currency conversion costs charged by your payment provider.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
bd365 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer in addition to the general bonus rules below. Where there is conflict between a promotion-specific term and a general term, the promotion-specific term prevails.
- Bonuses are credited at bd365's sole discretion. bd365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses may only be used on the games and bet types specified in the promotion. Use on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully met.
- Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd365 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and winnings, bonuses or pending withdrawals may be voided.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the bd365 platform in an unauthorised manner.

9. Amendments to These Terms
bd365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bd365 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by applicable law, bd365 will notify registered players of material changes via a prominent notice on the platform.
Your continued use of the bd365 platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
